Holland & Knight Adds Corporate Lawyer Jeffery Bell in New York

NEW YORK (January 19, 2021) – Corporate lawyer Jeffery Bell has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in the firm's New York office. Mr. Bell focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities matters. Most recently, he was a partner at Morrison & Foerster.

Mr. Bell represents public and private acquirers and target companies in domestic and cross–border leveraged and strategic acquisitions, financings and other investments. He also has significant experience advising clients in connection with contested transactions, securities law and exchange rule compliance, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Bell counsels clients in a range of industries, with particular experience in the financial services, technology, healthcare/life sciences, energy, real estate, and consumer product sectors.
