Todd Wozniak Named New Leader of Holland & Knight's Atlanta Litigation Practice
ATLANTA (March 17, 2021) – Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that Todd Wozniak has been appointed leader of the firm's Atlanta Litigation Practice Group. He succeeds Laurie Webb Daniel, who served in the role for six years and remains the chair of the firm's national Appellate Team.
"Atlanta's litigation team has grown in size and prominence in recent years," said Christopher G. Kelly, head of Holland & Knight's Litigation Section. "Despite being somewhat new to the firm, Todd has earned the respect of lawyers across Holland & Knight for his successful arrival a year ago and integration of his practice and clients in the face of the almost simultaneous challenges presented by the pandemic. He will bring a fresh approach and an increased focus on recruiting and business development."
Holland & Knight has 24 litigators in its Atlanta office practicing in the areas of complex commercial and consumer litigation, class actions, appeals, employee benefits, securities litigation, product liability and labor and employment. With nearly 500 attorneys firmwide, Holland & Knight's litigation practice is one of the largest in the country.
Mr. Wozniak defends companies, fiduciaries and public institutions throughout the United States in Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), labor and employment, and business disputes. He joined Holland & Knight in April 2020 with four other team members.
Mr. Wozniak is consistently recognized as a leading attorney in his area by Chambers USA, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers in America and Super Lawyers. He earned a J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School and an A.B. degree from Duke University.
