Holland & Knight Named One of the Best Companies to Work For in Florida
MIAMI (July 28, 2021) – Holland & Knight has been named to the Best Companies To Work For In Florida list featured in the August issue of Florida Trend magazine. The annual list ranks 100 companies in small, medium and large employer categories. Holland & Knight is listed in the large company category.
Companies that chose to participate in the contest underwent an evaluation of their workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The process also included a survey to measure employee satisfaction. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.
The magazine noted Holland & Knight's generous employee benefits, innovative wellness program and charitable service opportunities for employees. Additionally, during the pandemic Holland & Knight showed its strong support for employees by creating a Charitable Relief Fund to aid those suffering from personal and economic hardships. The firm also adopted work-from-home policies to keep its workforce safe.

The Best Companies To Work For In Florida program was created by Florida Trend and Best Companies Group and is endorsed by the HR Florida State Council. Best Companies Group managed the registration, survey and analysis and determined the final rankings.
