D Magazine Names Two Holland & Knight Attorneys to 2024 Best Lawyers Under 40 List

DALLAS (January 5, 2024) –  Holland & Knight Partners Gemma Galeoto and David Lawrence have been recognized among the Best Lawyers Under 40 by D Magazine. The annual listing recognizes outstanding young lawyers in the North Texas area.

Ms. Galeoto is a Dallas trial attorney licensed in four states with more than a decade of experience. She focuses her practice on complex business issues involving myriad sectors, including private equity and investment banking disputes, breach of contract claims and trade secret disputes. Ms. Galeoto has significant courtroom experience as lead counsel in state and federal court, arbitrations, injunctive relief requests and in appellate oral argument. The is the seventh consecutive year Ms. Galeoto has been selected for this honor by D Magazine.

Mr. Lawrence focuses his practice on commercial real estate development and finance matters. He represents both lenders and borrowers in a variety of loan origination transactions for interim, construction and permanent financing, and in connection with working out existing loans. This is the sixth consecutive year Mr. Lawrence has been selected for this honor by D Magazine.
