Holland & Knight Advises Empresas IANSA on $75 Million Credit Facility from Crédit Agricole

NEW YORK (January 21, 2026) – Holland & Knight advised Empresas IANSA S.A. and its subsidiaries, Iansagro S.A. and Patagoniafresh S.A., in connection with a $75 million senior secured revolving credit facility provided by Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. The transaction was announced on January 20, 2026.

The financing will support Empresas IANSA's operations in Chile, particularly focusing on the purchase, production and storage of raw sugar, refined sugar, tomato paste and other related products.

Empresas IANSA is a Chilean publicly traded company on the Santiago Stock Exchange (SNSE: IANSA) and one of the largest agro-industrial companies in Latin America. The company operates nine production plants, five commercial offices and 10 distribution centers across Chile and Peru.
