Holland & Knight's Financial Services Practice Group Welcomes Adam Jachimowski in New York
NEW YORK (February 5, 2026) – Holland & Knight has bolstered its national Financial Services Practice Group with the addition of corporate trust Partner Adam Jachimowski in New York. Mr. Jachimowski was previously a partner with Troutman Pepper Locke. He represents financial institutions and investment funds serving as trustees, collateral agents, depositaries and escrow agents in a broad range of financing and restructuring transactions.

Mr. Jachimowski has worked with clients ranging from the largest financial institutions to smaller trust providers on both day-to-day transactions and strategic business development. He regularly advises clients concerning various sophisticated secured and unsecured debt offerings, as well as on syndicated loans and project finance matters. His past work includes multibillion-dollar note issuances, municipal bond offerings, complex refinancing and restructuring transactions, and high-profile bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Jachimowski received a J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law, an MBA degree from the Syracuse University Martin J. Whitman School of Management and a B.A. degree from Syracuse University. He is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.
