Overview

Reem Ali is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the firm's Tax Credit Transactions practice. Ms. Ali focuses her practice in the areas of business and tax law, with an emphasis on transactions financed by low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC).

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ali worked as an attorney in the international tax practice at a Big Four accounting firm, where she advised multinational corporations on cross-border transactions and restructurings.

After law school, Ms. Ali earned her LL.M. in Taxation, where her coursework focused on corporate transactional matters.

While in law school, Ms. Ali interned for the Honorable David Briones of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Additionally, she interned at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
