Juan Felipe Alonso

Juan Felipe Alonso is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office, where he focuses his practice on financial law, corporate finance and project finance.

Mr. Alonso has extensive experience advising clients on cross-border and domestic transactions, working with multilateral institutions and private sector players. He regularly assists clients in structuring and negotiating complex financial agreements, including syndicated loans, project financing and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Alonso was an attorney at a leading international firm, where he handled transactions involving lenders, borrowers and investment funds in Colombia and Latin America.
