Overview

Tony Amorini is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Financial Service’s team. Mr. Amorini primarily represents lenders and borrowers in real estate finance matters, senior secured credit facilities and second-lien credit facilities, and also represents third-party agents in syndicated credit facilities.

Mr. Amorini is experienced in bilateral financing, club financing and syndicated credit facilities across a broad range of industries and for a wide variety of purposes, including owner-occupied real estate, project finance (including speculative and specific-purpose construction), manufacturing, distribution, professional services and other various commercial facilities. 

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Amorini spent three years in the public accounting industry as a senior tax consultant at a Big Four firm, concentrating on state and local taxes.

Before law school, Mr. Amorini spent five years as a newspaper reporter in Cincinnati.
