Diana Andrade

Diana Andrade is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. She practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. 

In her practice, Ms. Andrade counsels clients on a range of corporate transactional matters. She provides counsel to clients in a number of industries, including government contracts and information technology.

During law school, she worked as a summer law clerk at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and as an intern at the Export-Import Bank of the United States.  Prior to law school, Ms. Andrade worked for a boutique law firm based in Celebration, Florida.
