Diana Andrade

Diana Andrade is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Andrade practices primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law.

Ms. Andrade provides counsel to private and public clients on a range of corporate transactional and governance matters across several industries, including government contracts, private equity, information technology and professional services. As a native Spanish speaker, she serves clients using her foreign language skills as needed.

While in law school, she worked as a summer law clerk at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office and as a legal intern at the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM).

Prior to law school, Ms. Andrade worked for a boutique law firm based in Celebration, Florida, where she handled general business and wealth management matters.

Not yet admitted to the New York Bar; admitted to the Virginia Bar only and practicing under the supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in New York.
