Mr. Angle assists clients in developing, documenting and implementing comprehensive privacy and AI governance programs. He prepares actionable policies and procedures, drafts required notices and consent frameworks and helps clients conduct risk assessments, respond to consumer rights requests and regulatory inquiries, and design data flows that protect both the privacy of consumers and business needs.

Understanding the commercial value of data, Mr. Angle structures and negotiates complex commercial agreements that enable clients to leverage data assets while maintaining regulatory compliance. In that same vein, Mr. Angle advises on the privacy and cybersecurity aspects of corporate transactions, including representations and warranties, transition services and post-close data protection.

Mr. Angle is a Certified Information Privacy Professional and leverages his prior experience in litigation to provide clients with risk-conscious advice. He helps clients to anticipate and address potential areas of legal exposure and to structure compliance programs to minimize potential liability.
