Jeremy D. Arnall

Jeremy D. Arnall is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. Arnall focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in his current role, Mr. Arnall was a summer associate in the firm's Miami office, where he worked with a wide range of business attorneys across several practice groups.

While in law school, Mr. Arnall was an editor of the Florida Law Review. He also gained experience working in-house as a legal extern for a Florida-based private equity fund.
