Overview
Anna S. Ayar is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Century City office, where she focuses her practice on a variety of real estate matters. Ms. Ayar represents private and institutional investors, owners and developers in connection with complex real estate transactions, with an emphasis on acquisitions and dispositions of a wide range of asset types, including office and industrial buildings, and multifamily, retail, mixed-use and hospitality projects.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Ayar was an attorney for a national boutique real estate law firm in Los Angeles.
Representative Experience
- Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the disposition of more than $1 billion of office properties, and more than $2.5 billion of apartment projects located throughout the United States
- Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the acquisition of more than $1 billion of apartment projects located throughout the U.S.
- Representation of an opportunity fund as the purchaser/landlord in connection with a $320 million sale-leaseback transaction involving 12 retail properties located in 10 states in the U.S.
- Representation of an opportunity fund as the purchaser/landlord in connection with a $500 million sale-leaseback transaction involving eight grocery warehouse properties located in five states in the U.S.
- Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the portfolio acquisition and financing of 36 industrial properties located in five states in the U.S., as well as 38 industrial properties located in five states in the U.S.
- Representation of an institutional real estate investor in the disposition through auction of office, hotel, retail and industrial properties and land located throughout the U.S.
