Sam Baker

Sam Baker assists private equity and venture capital firms, healthcare organizations and other clients with mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions. He also assists clients with day-to-day operational issues, corporate governance, and reorganizations.

Previously, Mr. Baker gained valuable experience as an associate for Miller & Martin PLLC, where he worked on various private equity acquisitions and commercial financing transactions.

• represented BehaVR, a virtual reality (VR) delivery platform, in a $13 million joint capital raise with OxfordVR to fund the merger of the two companies
