Jay Bekal

Jay Bekal is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where he focuses his practice on private equity and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and other strategic transactions.

Mr. Bekal works extensively with strategic and private equity investors and their portfolio companies on transactions across a multitude of industries. He also counsels clients on general corporate matters, including operational challenges, corporate governance and due diligence.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Bekal worked in operations and sales management for a publicly held Fortune 500 company in the industrials sector.
