Mr. Blum's practice spans the full range of issues facing the nonprofit sector, from governance and tax compliance to fundraising, corporate transactions and advocacy.
Before focusing his career on exempt organizations, Mr. Blum served as a transactional attorney at an international law firm headquartered in New York City and gained experience that sharpened his ability to handle sophisticated deal work and complex organizational structures.
