Overview

Zachary "Zach" Brenner is an attorney in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office and a member of the firm's West Coast Real Estate Practice Group. Mr. Brenner focuses his practice on various commercial transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, office space financing, resort and residential management agreements and residential licensing agreements. Mr. Brenner also represents private equity funds in land banking acquisitions across the country, facilitating the creations of hundreds of thousands of single-family homes.

While in law school, Mr. Brenner was recognized for his exceptional writing skills, earning the award for "best written brief" in his first year of legal writing courses. He also participated in extracurricular activities, serving as a senior production editor for the Hastings Law Journal, class representative in the Hastings Law Student Association, and an active member of the Hastings Jewish Law Student Association.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Brenner was a summer associate in the firm's West Coast Real Estate Practice Group. He also worked as an intern at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.
