Isabelle Bukary

Overview
Isabelle Bukary is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Bukary focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing.
Ms. Bukary routinely represents developers in the conversion of buildings to condominium ownership, including filing offering plans with the Office of the New York State Attorney General, and subsequently representing sponsors in contract negotiations and closings. In addition, Ms. Bukary also represents landlords in negotiating ground leases of commercial properties.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Bukary was a summer associate in the firm's New York office.
While in law school, Ms. Bukary was an associate editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
