Michael Byrnes

Michael Byrnes is a finance attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Byrnes represents banks and other financial institutions in a variety of transactions, including securities-based lending transactions, certain asset-based lending transactions and other private equity and hedge fund transactions.

Mr. Byrnes also has experience representing public and private clients in other financial transactions, including leveraged acquisition financings, cross-border financings, first- and second-lien secured loans, term and revolving loan facilities, and other general corporate financings.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Byrnes worked at other global law firms, representing clients across a range of industries, including banking, entertainment, construction management, infrastructure, energy and technology.
