Lane Carson

Lane Carson is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Ms. Carson focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, joint ventures and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Carson gained experience in corporate compliance as a business consultant for a publicly traded corporation, providing regulatory guidance and compliance solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises.

While in law school, Ms. Carson served as an executive board member of the Business Law Society.
