Andrew Chenevert

Andrew Chenevert is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Houston office, where he handles a variety of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Chenevert was a summer associate in the Houston office, where he gained experience assisting on drafting non-disclosure agreements and merger agreements.

During law school, Mr. Chenevert served as Articles Editor for the Louisiana Law Review.

Mr. Chenevert's recent experience includes:

• advised family office in connection with minority investment in Pershing Square Capital Management investment advisory business
• represented a leading provider of industrial cleaning and infrastructure services in a change of control transaction involving the sale of a majority equity interest to a leading global private equity fund with $60 billion of capital under management; the transaction involved a partial equity sale and partial rollover of equity interests by more than 100 founders and an earn-out
• represented a leading provider of industrial cleaning and infrastructure services in its acquisition of providers of nitrogen services, fabrication services and chemical sales to the upstream, midstream and downstream markets
