Ethan D. Christiansen

Ethan Christiansen is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Mr. Christiansen assists real estate developers, investors, lenders and owners in all stages of development.

Mr. Christiansen has extensive experience drafting purchase and sale agreements, performing title and survey and related due diligence review, negotiating loan documents and preparing closing instruments related to property acquisitions, dispositions and leasing. He also has experience in complex, multifamily tax credit transactional matters, as well as assisting with the acquisition, disposition and leasing of medical office buildings and related healthcare facilities.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Christiansen was an attorney in the Nashville office of Washington, D.C.-based law firm that specializes in affordable housing and community development work.
