Mackenzie Taylor Cietek

Mackenzie Cietek is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tampa office. Ms. Cietek's practice emphasizes commercial leasing, and she regularly represents real estate investment funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate companies in connection with the ownership, operation and management of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use portfolios throughout the U.S. Her leasing experience spans the full life cycle of commercial properties, from initial lease-up through ongoing portfolio management and renewals.

Ms. Cietek represents national and regional landlords in the leasing of office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial projects and mixed-use developments, often encompassing hundreds of thousands of square feet across major markets, including Nashville, Austin, Raleigh, Fort Lauderdale, Coral Gables, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco and Houston.
