Rebeka D. Cohan

Rebeka D. Cohan is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. She advises public and private clients on a variety of executive compensation matters.

Rebeka's experience includes handling mergers and acquisitions (M&A), disclosure agreements, Section 409A compliance, incentive compensation plans, severance plans and retention plans. She represents clients in a large number of industries, including financial services, consumer products and technology.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Rebeka was an attorney at an international law firm in New York. Before starting her legal career, she worked in business operations and recruiting.
