Teressa Colhoun

Teressa Colhoun is a healthcare regulatory and enforcement attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Colhoun advises healthcare clients on day-to-day operational matters, such as licensing, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and other regulatory issues.

Ms. Colhoun also advises various healthcare clients regarding the regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures and other complex transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current role, Ms. Colhoun was a summer associate in the firm's Nashville office.

While in law school, she also worked as a legal intern at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) in the Office of the General Counsel and was an executive editor for the Washington & Lee Law Review.
