Overview

Arantxa Cuadrado Perez-Broseta is a New York litigation attorney who focuses on international arbitration. Ms. Cuadrado has handled arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as those conducted under the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) Arbitration Rules.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Cuadrado trained at international arbitration teams of two leading Swiss law firms where she was involved in investment and commercial arbitrations. She also worked as an ad honorem assistant at the United Nations' International Law Commission and as an intern at the United Nations' Committee on the Rights of the Child.
