Overview

Christian de la Osa is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Miami office and a member of the firm's Corporate Services Team. Mr. de la Osa focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate matters.

In addition, Mr. de la Osa represents insureds and underwriters in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. de la Osa obtained his master's degree in accounting and worked for a local accounting firm. Mr. de la Osa is also a certified public accountant (CPA).

During law school, Mr. de la Osa was a member of the University of Miami Law Review.

  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a provider of landscaping installation and design services, drainage system installation services, water management and lawn irrigation services, as well as maintenance services, including lawn care, pest control, fertilization, plant care, tree trimming and preservation, irrigation and enhancements across the state of Florida
  • Represented an investment firm in an acquisition of a center-based applied behavior analysis platform
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a provider of enterprise information technology (IT), network engineering, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, systems engineering and integration, software development and other IT or digital transformation services to governmental bodies, including intelligence and defense clients
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a provider of cybersecurity, device forensics, data analytics and emerging technology services to governmental bodies, including intelligence and defense clients
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a provider of turnkey telecommunications services
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of an industry-leading provider of parking technology solutions
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a provider of distribution, repair and installation services related to aircraft seating, cabin interior components and cabin carpet
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in the acquisition of certain assets of a distributor of hardware, C-Class parts and consumable parts for use in the aerospace and defense industries
  • Represented the equity holders of a provider of integrated technology, software and support for leading car wash operators and vehicle care providers in a sale of a minority equity interest
  • Represented a private equity firm and its portfolio company in an acquisition of a telecommunication service provider engaged in building, repairing and maintaining fiber optic and legacy communication systems
