Jillian I. DeMesy

Jillian DeMesy is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate and real estate finance matters.

Ms. DeMesy represents clients in connection with a variety of real estate transactions and distressed projects including, but not limited to, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing and remedying distressed loans in complex context for both CMBS lenders and servicers and other financial institutions.

Ms. DeMesy also has experience representing business professionals and institutional clients in connection with corporate restructurings and multi-billion dollar renewable energy projects.

While in law school, Ms. DeMesy served on the editorial board of Virginia Law & Business Review.
