Alex Dimock practices before federal and state trial and appellate courts. He focuses his practice on litigation, arbitration, and counseling clients regarding complex commercial matters involving, among other things, real estate, oil and gas, intellectual property, and antitrust laws.

  • Represented lenders, all manner of predecessor noteholders, and special servicers in connection with commercial real estate litigation in state and federal courts; representations involved, among other things, claims for breach of contract, equitable receivership, fraudulent transfer, fraud, conspiracy, and tortious interference
  • Represented national bank in lawsuit involving fraud and tortious interference claims
  • Represented oil and gas trust in defendant class action litigation
  • Represented major oil and gas company in dispute regarding governmental and regulatory matters
  • Represented major natural gas company in litigation regarding pipeline royalties
