Alexis K. Dunne

Alexis K. Dunne is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Stamford office. Ms. Dunne represents public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies in mergers, acquisitions and other commercial transactions. She also represents clients in a wide variety of corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Dunne was a summer associate in the Stamford office. She also worked as an intern in the legal department of a public company.

While in law school, Ms. Dunne served as the president of the Business and Transactional Law Society and was a member of the Connecticut Law Review and the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Society. She also served as a teaching assistant for Contracts and participated in the school's Transactional Law Clinic, where she guided clients through entity formation and various other governance matters.
