Sina Faizy

Sina Faizy is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Faizy focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Faizy spent two summers as an associate in the Dallas office, where she represented the firm as a Diversity Fellow at the Legal Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Conference.

While in law school, Ms. Faizy served as public relations chair for the Student Bar Association and was a founding member of the Dean's Diversity Council. She also participated in Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) clinics, aiding qualifying individuals in the pro bono preparation of tax and other regulatory forms.
