Overview

Rebecca Freed is an attorney in Holland & Knight's San Francisco office, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance, commercial lending and general real estate matters.

Ms. Freed advises on real estate transactional matters, with an emphasis on commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, office and retail leasing and hospitality. She represents commercial real estate lenders, buyers and sellers, landlords and tenants and has worked with entrepreneurial and institutional clients.

    • Represented the lender in connection with a $187 million term loan secured by a portfolio of medical office projects located in San Diego, California
    • Represented the lender in connection with a $62 million term loan secured by a portfolio of medical office projects located in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia
    • Represented the lender in connection with a $45 million term loan secured by a medical office building located in Tennessee
    • Represented the lender in connection with a $32.8 million term loan secured by a portfolio of medical office projects located in Houston, Texas
  • Senior Housing (Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing)
    • Represented the lender in connection with a $281 million term loan secured by a portfolio of senior housing facilities located in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida and Delaware
    • Represented the lender in connection with a $62.8 million term loan secured by a portfolio of senior housing facilities located in California, Oregon, Arizona, Rhode Island and Florida
  • Agriculture
    • Represented the administrative agent in connection with a $75 million term loan made available to California-based vineyards and wineries

  • Represented the buyer in connection with the purchase and sale of a 2,100-acre ranch property in Sonoma County, California
