Alejandra Rodriguez De La Sierra Galofre is an asset finance attorney in Holland & Knight's London office. Ms. Galofre focuses her practice on a variety of aircraft financing and leasing transactions involving deliveries across a number of jurisdictions.

Ms. Galofre advises on the full life cycle of aircraft and engine financing and leasing, including sale‑and‑leasebacks, lease novations, redeliveries and structured refinancings. Ms. Galofre regularly acts for leading international banks active in asset finance, as well as borrowers and lessees.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight in her current role, Ms. Galofre was a paralegal and trainee solicitor in the London office. She also completed legal work experience at two financial institutions based in Spain and London.
