Ben Gillman

Ben Gillman is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Tysons office. Mr. Gillman represents clients in an array of corporate and transactional matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity financings.

In his practice, Mr. Gillman counsels companies acquiring, selling and investing in businesses across various industries, including government contracting, private equity, technology and professional services.

While in law school, Mr. Gillman served on the editorial board and article review committee of the Virginia Law & Business Review. He also was a judicial intern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. Sutton of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.

Prior to entering law school, Mr. Gillman worked as a researcher at two foreign policy think tanks, where he focused on U.S. national security in the Asia-Pacific region.
