Overview
Luke Glavin is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office and a member of the Corporate, M&A and Securities (CMAS) Section. Mr. Glavin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and search fund transactions.
Mr. Glavin represents strategic and financial clients, including private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, in a wide range of transactional and general corporate matters, including purchases, sales and secondaries transactions such as continuation vehicle transactions.
Prior to Holland & Knight, Mr. Glavin was a corporate attorney at an international law firm.
While in law school, he served as the executive online editor for the Penn State Law Review.
Not yet admitted to Pennsylvania Bar; admitted to New York Bar only and practicing under supervision of lawyers licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
