Chris Gregores is a Portland business and real estate attorney. Mr. Gregores focuses on a wide range of business and real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, lease, financing and development of commercial and residential properties in the Western United States. These matters include entity organization and governance, real estate acquisition and sale, financing, due diligence and title review.

In addition, Mr. Gregores has drafted and negotiated business and other legal entity documents, including corporate and limited liability governance, a wide range of commercial contracts and contract disputes. A primary focus of Mr. Gregores' practice centers around all types of real estate documentation and transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents and security instruments, among others.

Mr. Gregores also has extensive experience in the alcohol beverage industry. He has assisted clients with alcohol beverage licensing, and has drafted and negotiated commercial leases for brewery tenants.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, he worked for a national real estate brokerage firm where he was actively engaged in the acquisition and disposition of commercial assets in Oregon and Southwest Washington with a focus on income-producing properties.
