Laura Taylor Hannigan

Laura Hannigan is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Hannigan focuses her practice on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including public and private mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, search fund transactions and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Hannigan served as a legal extern for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Ms. Hannigan's prior experience also includes serving as a law clerk and legal secretary at various Philadelphia-based boutique firms.

While in law school, Ms. Hannigan contributed to the Philadelphia community through her pro bono work with Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity and Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia. Ms. Hannigan also served as a Dean’s Scholar to Professor David Cohen and provided supplemental teaching to second-year law students in constitutional law. In addition, she participated in a study abroad program in Rennes, France.
