Emily J. Hantverk

Emily Hantverk is a corporate services attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. Ms. Hantverk primarily focuses her practice on representing publicly traded and privately held strategic and financial buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, private equity transactions, capital raisings and similar complex transactions.

Ms. Hantverk also regularly advises boards of directors and senior management on corporate governance, securities law and general corporate matters, as well as bank regulatory matters.
