Overview

Sami Harb is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Atlanta office. Mr. Harb advises companies of all sizes on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including compliance, workplace policies and risk management. He also has experience representing employers in employment litigation, defending against claims involving discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of restrictive covenants and other workplace matters.

In addition to his employment law practice, Mr. Harb represents clients in complex commercial disputes, loan recovery litigation and product liability matters. His loan recovery work includes pursuing and defending claims related to commercial and consumer lending, while his product liability experience encompasses defending manufacturers and distributors in cases involving alleged defects and consumer safety concerns.

While in law school, Mr. Harb published an article in the USC Entertainment Law Spotlight and served as co-founder and outreach chair of the school's Middle Eastern and North African Law Student Association (MENALSA).
