Patrick Henderson

Patrick Henderson is a real estate attorney in Holland & Knight's Charlotte office. Mr. Henderson focuses his practice on the representation of banks, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other lending institutions in a variety of commercial real estate finance transactions.

Mr. Henderson is well versed in advising clients regarding the origination of conduit and portfolio loans secured by real estate in all major asset classes, including commercial office buildings, multifamily housing, mixed-use properties, shopping centers, hotels and other types of commercial properties nationwide.

In addition, Mr. Henderson has a significant background in representing major financial institutions in mortgage-backed and asset-backed securitizations.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Henderson was an attorney in the Charlotte office of an Am Law 100 firm, where he focused on structured finance transactions.
