Trysten R. Henderson

Trysten R. Henderson is a Dallas business attorney who focuses her practice on corporate and securities transactions.

Trysten's recent representative experience includes:

• Represented a privately owned real estate technology company in the acquisition of an innovative sales platform, which will serve as an independent sales division of parent company post-closing

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Henderson was a summer associate in the firm's Dallas office. In this role, she gained experience handling loan amendment agreements, performing legal research and preparing services agreements. Ms. Henderson also worked as a legal intern at a multinational financial services company.

During law school, Ms. Henderson served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and was staff editor of the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She also is a permanent member of the school's Class of 2021 Committee.
