Overview

Trysten R. Henderson is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office. Ms. Henderson represents U.S. and international clients on a variety of transactional matters, including merger and acquisition (M&A) transactions, restructurings, private equity-backed investments, venture capital investments, corporate governance and general business counseling.

Ms. Henderson works with clients across a number of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, real estate and financial services.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight as an attorney, Ms. Henderson was a summer associate in the Dallas office. Ms. Henderson also worked as a legal intern at a multinational financial services company.

While in law school, Ms. Henderson served as president of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association, worked as a student attorney for the school's Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic and served as a staff editor for the Texas Intellectual Property Law Journal. She is also a permanent member of her law school's Class of 2021 Committee.

  • Represented a real estate receivership group in its sale to a private equity company
  • Represented United Western Group, a Washington-based private equity firm, as a lead investor in the recapitalization of Veridian Healthcare, a leading outsourced manufacturer of home health and diagnostic products
  • Represented Kaho Partners, a private equity firm, and its portfolio company Addtronics LLC, in the acquisition of Dynamic Design Solutions, a full-service design and build automation resource for manufacturers

  • Represented Groupe AGF, a Canada-based supplier of steel fabrication solutions, in its acquisition of Katy Steel Company, a Houston-based supplier of fabricated rebar products
  • Represented JCM Industries, a family-owned leading water/wastewater fittings manufacturer, in its sale to A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co., a leading manufacturer of water works, plumbing, pumps and natural gas products
  • Represented an international project management and cost consultancy in its strategic acquisition of several leading domestic project management firms
  • Represented a privately owned real estate technology company in the acquisition of an innovative sales platform, which will serve as an independent sales division of the parent company post-closing
  • Represented LFA Machines, a leading global provider of products and services in the tableting and encapsulation industry, in its acquisition of Vivion Inc., a worldwide supplier of ingredient solutions for everyday applications

  • Represented various lenders regarding lender-side diligence in connection with acquisition financings
