Overview

Ross Hildabrand is a healthcare and litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Mr. Hildabrand's practice focuses on advising healthcare organizations, life sciences companies and other entities within highly regulated industries during government enforcement actions, internal investigations and complex litigation.

Mr. Hildabrand regularly counsels clients on issues arising under the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS), Stark Law and False Claims Act (FCA).

He is active in the community by serving on the board of a local nonprofit and volunteering with legal aid services.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Hildabrand served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John K. Bush of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. While in law school, he worked with the Health Care Fraud Unit of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Massachusetts. Before law school, Mr. Hildabrand was an investment banking analyst.
