Overview

Brittany Hopper is a labor and employment attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Ms. Hopper represents healthcare employers, manufacturers, transportation companies and financial institutions in all aspects of federal and state court litigation involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge. Approachable and easy to talk to, she builds rapport with clients as she investigates the underlying facts of employment disputes. Ms. Hopper works strategically and efficiently to help clients find creative solutions to their concerns.

She also assists employers in drafting policies, providing training seminars and conducting internal investigations of alleged violations of state and federal anti-discrimination laws. In addition, Ms. Hopper works with employers in obtaining temporary restraining orders and preliminary injunctions against former employees who violate the contractual terms of non-compete and non-solicitation agreements.
