Richard Jaramillo is a corporate lawyer in Holland & Knight's Houston office. Mr. Jaramillo focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions. 

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Jaramillo was a summer associate in the firm's Houston office. In this role, he gained experience assisting on oil and gas transactions, and corporate matters.

During law school, Mr. Jaramillo was a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.

  • Represented CLEAResult, North America’s largest energy efficiency and energy sustainability services provider and a portfolio company of TPG Growth Partners, in its add-on acquisition of Energetics, a leading energy sustainability consultancy serving government, utility, institutional and commercial clients across the U.S.
  • Represented Audax Private Equity and its portfolio company Fastener Distribution Holdings in the acquisition of Fort Worth, Texas-based Calco Industries (Calco Aerospace), a leading supply chain partner to OEMs in the military and commercial aerospace markets
