Overview

Kerry S. Kehoe is a member of Holland & Knight's Business Law Section in Boston and concentrates his practice on corporate finance transactions, workouts and insolvency matters. Mr. Kehoe represents financial institutions, other lenders and borrowers in corporate finance transactions, including asset-backed and unsecured revolving credit facilities, term loan facilities, second lien financings, mezzanine loan facilities, letter of credit facilities, acquisition financings and subscription lines, co-invest facilities, loans to hedge funds and management companies. In bankruptcy proceedings, he has represented debtors, secured creditors, trustees and creditors' committees. In workouts and restructurings, he has represented lenders and borrowers. In addition to his active law practice, Mr. Kehoe also lectures on corporate finance and insolvency topics.
