Zachary Ravi Khan

Zach Khan is a healthcare regulatory and enforcement attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office. Mr. Khan assists healthcare facilities, physician practices, health systems, behavioral health services providers and health plans on a wide range of regulatory compliance and operational matters.

Mr. Khan also supports clients with the regulatory components of healthcare mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, reorganizations and other complex transactions.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Khan was a financial analyst for the largest energy company in the U.S. He also gained valuable experience through consulting projects for multiple international companies during his engineering undergraduate studies.
