Zachary Ravi Khan

Zach Khan is a corporate attorney in Holland & Knight's Nashville office, where he focuses his practice on private equity and corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic transactions. Mr. Khan also counsels clients on general corporate matters, including operational issues, corporate governance and reorganizations.

Prior to his legal career, Mr. Khan was a financial analyst for the largest energy company in the U.S. He also gained valuable experience through consulting projects for multiple international companies during his engineering undergraduate studies.
