Nicole Lamanna

Nicole Lamanna is a corporate law attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office. Ms. Lamanna focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lamanna was a summer associate in the New York office, where she gained experience assisting in a broad range of corporate transactions.

During law school, Ms. Lamanna served as an articles editor of the Hofstra Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Louis A. Scarcella of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York.
