Adria M. Lamba is a litigation attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office, where she handles a wide range of complex litigation matters from commercial disputes to catastrophic sports’ injury cases. She is well-versed in advising clients on breach of contract and related tort claims, class actions and employment disputes in a variety of industries.
Ms. Lamba has experience at all stages of litigation, from managing large-scale discovery teams to drafting successful appellate briefs. Her representative matters include serving on a trial team that obtained a complete defense verdict after a two-week jury trial on a False Claims Act (FCA) retaliation claim, as well as succeeding on counterclaims for breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract.
In addition, Ms. Lamba counsels clients on sport-related injuries, including concussion and traumatic brain injury.
During law school, Ms. Lamba participated in Georgetown University Law Center's Appellate Litigation Clinic, a yearlong program that provided intense training in the art of oral and written advocacy.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Ms. Lamba practiced litigation and served as director of special projects at a large international law firm in Philadelphia.
