Overview
Sean S. Lee is a real estate transactions attorney in Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office. Mr. Lee assists clients with a variety of commercial real estate transactions, including development, acquisition and disposition, retail and office leasing, management and financing.
Mr. Lee represents major commercial developers, institutional lenders and companies in the retail and hospitality industries in connection with their local and national real estate transactions, including the acquisition and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, hotels and mixed-use projects. Mr. Lee's experience also includes representing landlords and national tenants in leases of office and retail assets and representing commercial lenders in commercial financing involving real estate loans.
Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Lee worked at another law firm in Washington, D.C.

- Advised a national fast food chain on leasing and purchase deals concerning properties in more than 30 states
- Advised a global technology and e-commerce company on acquisitions and leases for warehouses and distribution facilities
- Represented a real estate investment firm in connection with the sale of a shopping center in Maryland
- Represented an independent money management firm in connection with the acquisition of an office property
- Advised an asset management special servicer on ownership and maintenance of a shopping center
- Represented an asset management company in connection with the foreclosure of a multifamily property in Maryland
