Overview

Simon Levenson is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Boston office and a member of the Tax Credit Transactions Practice. Mr. Levenson focuses his practice on low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) transactions.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Levenson was a summer associate and then a law clerk in the firm's Boston office. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Timothy S. Hillman of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Prior to law school, Mr. Levenson interned at the Bentley Low Income Tax Clinic and the New Hampshire Bar Association's Low-Income Taxpayer Project, where he assisted those of low-income status discharge their federal tax liabilities by utilizing the IRS' offer in compromise program.
